Shipping Policy
We do not believe in shipping untracked packages that could result in a long wait times and a negative customer experience. To ensure you receive your order, all shipments will tracked at the rates and expected timelines below.

Canada: $4.99 CAD shipping rates apply to each order under $100. For orders under $100 we cove the shipping costs
You can expect your Latrevi order to arrive within the timelines below
Two business days for Calgary Mail
Three business days for Alberta, Canada
Four business days for outside of Albert inside Canada

United States: $4.99 shipping rates apply to each order under $100. For orders over $100 we cover the shipping costs

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day refund policy. We will refund or exchange any products within 30 days of the customer receiving it. However, if longer than 30 days has gone by, please note that we will not be able to do the refund or exchange for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have received a confirmation email with your pending refund and have not received the refund after 10 days, please contact chainz@latrevi.co
